Great Investment Opportunity ;
I have recently connected with an old acquaintance, who is part of a large Foreclosure Acquisition Team here in Las Vegas . They have purchased over 400 properties at Trustee Sales around town and have been able to put their Investor clients into some very nice equity positions immediately.
The numbers work for the Investors well enough, that they can purchase these homes and flip them immediately for a profit.
Considering the existing market here in Las Vegas ;
Such as the Short Sales, which are very lengthy waiting for the bank to approve your offer, hopefully you do get the bank approval for the property after out bidding dozens of other buyers,
and
REO's--(Currently owned by the Bank where you also have to out bid multiple offers to get the property, Considering these issues
This alternative is a Nice Option, to avoid all the above.
